According to the 2013 assessment results of Sino-foreign joint educational programs recently released by the Ministry of Education, the ECUST-UC Joint MBA Program has successfully passed the assessment with a result of “qualified”.

During the assessment process, the ECUST-UC Joint MBA Program has reached a pass rate of 100% in the expert review for six indicators, namely school-running characteristics, training objective and training program, condition of culture, cultivation quality, teaching staff and comprehensive evaluation. Moreover, the ECUST-UC Joint MBA Program has far exceeded the average value of qualified programs for two indicators, namely the percentage of the number of core courses taught by foreign teachers in the total number of courses, and percentage of the credit hours of core courses taught by foreign teachers in the total credit hours of courses.

In addition, the Ministry of Education carried out a sampling survey on the authenticity, social reputation and student satisfaction of programs during this assessment. Of all the survey respondents, 95.8% said that the ECUST-UC Joint MBA Program is “authentic” and “has a good social reputation” while 100% students said they are “satisfied” or “generally satisfied” with the program. Meanwhile, the assessment showed that the actual enrollment scale of the ECUST-UC Joint MBA Program completely matches with the allowed enrollment scale.
