嘉宾介绍:

Ms Dolly Zhang
Tax Director, Indirect Tax & Customs, Deloitte China

Dolly has over over 12 years experience in advising Indirect Tax area, with a focus on Customs and International Trade related issues. Her focused area mainly includes Indirect Tax planning by means of valuation trade facilitation and tariff classification.  She has also lead a number of Customs defense to assist companies to respond to Customs' challenges; in particular, in the consumer business and life sceience and health care sector.

Dolly maintains good network with Customs, Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau,
Tax Bureau, Administration of Foreign Exchange, Tax and various other relevant government authorities. She has been the technical reviewer of CCH China Tax Master Guide for years.
She is invited by Shanghai Customs College as tutor for tax master degree education.
Dolly is an Australia CPA and China Certified Tax Agent.

Mr Patrick Zhu
Senior Customs Advisor, Indirect Tax & Customs, Deloitte China

Patrick has more than 15 years experiences and professional knowledge in the areas of customs classification, valuation, transfer pricing, royalties and license fee, rules of origin, FTA, customs special supervision areas, import-export control, customs audit.

Patrick was working in Shanghai Customs and is particularly well known for classification.  
He was a member of Non-electromechanical group in GAC Commodity Classification Technical Committee and alternate member of the GAC National Commodity Classification Technical Committee.

Patrick has participated in various activities including:
- Editor of GAC journal HS Research and Commodity Classification
- Participating in many GAC project investigations and policy decision-making
- Member of GAC classification risk monitoring team
- Providing internal classification training for customs officials and external classification
 training for enterprises.
